This weekend my husband and I went up to State Line, Mississippi and Chatom,AL. I found who I believe to be my great-great grandfather George W. Harvison buried in the Springbank Baptist Church Cemetary on Hwy.56 in Chatom. He is there with numerous other Harvison's. I can assume that he is obviously from that same family since he is buried in the same area. Anyone with any information about the Harvison's in this cemetary, please contact me at GaCat93@aol.com

Surnames: Harvison, Hayes
I wish I knew more about the Harvison family, but I know very little. I am not sure who George's parents were, no one still alive seems to know much about him. When his first wife, Florence Hayes died while the children were young, most of the kids were raised by other relatives and George went elsewhere. From what I understand he married at least one or two more times. My aunt, granddaughter to George, said she only remembers seeing him once as a child and had no clue who he was until her mother told her. Hopefully together we can figure this out.
