Researching the Stranahan family of Erie Co., N.Y. I am a descendant of George S. Stranahan through his daughter Caroline, who married Leonard Taylor. Both families moved to Michigan in the 1830s. Desparate to find out Leonard Taylor's ancestry.

Hi-I'm over 25 years of desparate!!! I can find NO proof of Leonard's family.I have even gone to Clarence etc. & found Nothing.
One idea is that they may have been loyalists & gone to Canada during the revolution,
Some claim he was the one B.in Vermont.Dates are wrong .I have been visiting his grave for my entire life(75 years)
I have just found a list of Taylors who were in Ontario Co.& will try to follow them up.
Please email direct & we'll try to use 2 heads instead of just one.mfpb419@comcast.net
Where do you live?I'm going to Mich soon(I hope)
