Cannot look up any birth after 1909.
Death: Timothy Miller, 32, single, b 2 jan 1896 Uxbridge Tp, died 18 Jan 1929, s/o Albert Miller & Amey Brown, died of acute dilation of the heart/pneumonia, Informant: John Miller, brother, of Uxbridge, burial: Uxbridge, Registration # 026658.
I didn't find any children registered on Ancestry.ca with Seneca and Margaret and on 1901 census only a niece, Florence Morgason, is living with them. I would assume that they didn't have any children.
No death found for either of them.

Can't be Jemima or Sarah.
This may not be your Sarah but is the only one in Uxbridge.
