Noms de famille: SHAKERLEY, SHAKERLY, SHAKELEY, SHAKELY, SHACKELEY, SHACKELY, SHACKERLEY, SHACKERLY, SHACURLEY, SHAKERSLEY, SCHAKERSLEY, SHAKERLEYE, SCHAGURLEY, SHACRESLEY, SCHAKERESLEY, DE SHAKERLEY, SHAKARSLEY, SHAKURLEY
Is anyone else researching this family? I have got about as far with them as I can, but I do have a couple of links that are not 100% reliable, so would welcome collaberation with anyone else. They are also said to be descended from a younger branch of the SHAKERLEYs of Shakerley in Cheshire (nowadays in Lancashire I think), but I have been unable to make the connection.
I've come across the following variations: SHAKERLEY, SHAKERLY, SHAKELEY, SHAKELY, SHACKELEY, SHACKELY, SHACKERLEY, SHACKERLY, SHACURLEY, SHAKERSLEY, SCHAKERSLEY, SHAKERLEYE, SCHAGURLEY, SHACRESLEY, SCHAKERESLEY, DE SHAKERLEY, SHAKARSLEY, SHAKURLEY
