I too am a decendant of Johannes Arrants. My ancesters moved to SC from Maryland after the death of Ensign Nathan Arrants. My Great-Grandfather was James William Arrants of Kershaw Co. (b.27 Oct 1825 d. 9 Apr 1905) My Grandfather was George Washington Arrants of Camden SC (b. 22 Mar 1864 d. 23 Oct 1948)
